Abnormal problem

Solutions

1. The outer surface of the plastic pipe is rough

 

Adjust the process temperature: reduce the cooling water temperature, the best cooling water temperature of PE pipe is 20 ~ 25℃;

Check waterways for blockage or lack of water pressure;

Check whether the cylinder, head and other heating rings are damaged;

Adjust the inlet flow of the caliper sleeve; Consult the raw material supplier, the raw material parameters of this batch;

Check the mold core temperature, if higher than the die section temperature, lower the core temperature;

Clean the mold;

2. Grooves appear on the outer surface of plastic pipes

 

Adjust the water pressure of the caliper sleeve, and the water output requirement is balanced;

Adjust the nozzle Angle in the vacuum setting box to make the pipe cool evenly;

Check whether there are debris, burrs and other hardware such as die, caliper sleeve and cutting machine;

 

3. Grooves appear on the inner surface

 

Check whether the inner tube is flooded. If water is flooded, the tube embryo of the outlet mold is pinched firmly so that the inner cavity is closed;

Reduce the internal temperature of the mold;

Clean and polish the mold;

4. There is a shaking ring inside the pipeline

 

Adjust the water discharge of the sizing sleeve to make the water discharge uniform;

Adjust the vacuum degree of the two chambers so that the vacuum degree of the rear chamber is slightly higher than that of the front chamber;

Check whether the vacuum gasket is too tight; Check whether the drawing machine of PVC pipe production line has jitter phenomenon;

Check whether the discharge of the main machine is uniform;

5. No vacuum  

Check whether the inlet of the vacuum pump is blocked, if blocked, dredge with needles;

Check whether the vacuum pump works normally;

Check the vacuum pipe for air leakage;

Check whether the hole in the middle of the core mold pressing screw is blocked, if blocked, dredge with a fine iron wire;

6. The pipe outer circle size is out of tolerance

 

The outer circle size can be changed by adjusting the vacuum degree.

Adjusting the traction speed can change the size of the outer circle.

Modify the hole size of the caliper sleeve;

7. the roundness of the pipe is out of whack

 

Adjust the Angle of the vacuum setting machine and the nozzle in the spray box to make the pipe cool evenly;

Check the vacuum setting machine, the water level in the spray box, the pressure of the water pressure gauge, so that the spray volume is large and powerful;

Check the water temperature of the vacuum setting machine and spray tank. If the water temperature is higher than 35 ° C, configure the chilled water system or add a spray cooling tank.

Check waterways, clean filters; Adjust the process;

Check and correct the roundness of the hole in the caliper sleeve;

Adjust the pipe guide holding device to correct the ellipticity of the pipe;
